Central London's Infrastructure Priorities
Central London’s economic success is vital to the success of the wider UK. The capital makes a significant net contribution to public finances and its economy is inextricably linked to regional economies across the country. Infrastructure plays a vital role in underpinning the capital's economic success. Maintaining modern and sustainable infrastructure will be vital to ensuring London remains both a preeminent world city, an engine of growth and a great place to live.
Central London’s Infrastructure Priorities highlights the case for investing in infrastructure in the capital, it sets out the priority projects that could help transform central London, and it explores how the infrastructure the capital needs can be delivered. The projects we've highlighted will be essential to driving recovery and growth after the pandemic, unlocking the homes we need, and supporting the transition to net zero.
Join us as we launch Central London’s Infrastructure Priorities to hear from expert speakers from the public and private sector, and to discuss the role modern infrastructure can play in building a post-pandemic city.

Speakers will include:
Cllr Campbell, Leader of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Chair of Central London Forward (Chair)
John Dickie, Chief Executive of London First
Kate Hand, Head of Climate Change at London Councils
Alex Williams, Director of City Planning at Transport for London
